Vicino – Word Puzzle

Vicino is a word puzzle for people who like to think sideways. You don't know the target word — but after every guess, Vicino shows you how close you are in meaning. Rank 1 is the word you're after; everything else is a map of nearby meaning, from car and street to lighthouse and coast.

HOW IT WORKS Type any word. Vicino shows its rank — how close it is to the target word in meaning. A low rank means hot, a high rank means still far off. Colour helps too, but it's never the only signal — the rank always shows as a number as well.

GAME MODES • Daily puzzle: one new word a day, the same for everyone. See how you compare on the worldwide leaderboard. • Endless: as many puzzles as you like, any time, no internet connection needed. • Archive: catch up on daily puzzles you missed, any time. • Multiplayer rooms: invite 1 to 7 friends with a link and guess the same word together — whoever reaches the best ranks leads live.

HELP WHEN YOU'RE STUCK A hint gives you a word that's closer to the target than your best guess so far. Once you solve it, the word bridge shows a path of neighbouring words from your first guess to the target — to retrace and to share.

FIVE LANGUAGES Choose your puzzle language independently of your device language: German, English, French, Spanish or Italian. Each language has its own vocabulary and its own puzzles.

STATS & SHARING Track your streak, your solve rate and your guess count. Share your result as a short text with an emoji bar, without giving away the answer.

Vicino is free. Ads only appear between finished games, never during an ongoing puzzle.
