HeadUp is a little giraffe that helps you notice when your head has been down for too long.
With compatible AirPods or Beats, HeadUp uses the headphones’ motion sensors to follow your head. If you keep looking down, you hear a soft tone in your ears. No camera or separate posture device.
You choose when the nudge comes and how it sounds. See your head-up time, your daily score, and your progress over the week. Your giraffe moves with you, and you can unlock new looks or compare scores with friends.
Want sessions to start when your AirPods connect? You can set that up once in the Shortcuts app.
HeadUp needs an iPhone with AirPods (3rd generation or later), AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, or supported Beats with head tracking. Motion & Fitness access is required. You get free nudges every day.
