Scuttle: Boat Sandbox

Scuttle is a pixel-art water sandbox. Pick a boat, drop it in the sea, and see what it takes to sink it.

Every hull is built from destructible cells. Wood splinters, steel buckles, and water rushes into whatever you open up. Boats list, roll, and go down for real, cell by cell, with the crew scrambling on deck.

NEW IN 3.2 • Arcade Versus: 1v1 or 2v2. Race to get a ship across the sea before the other fleet does, and sink theirs on the way • Nearby play: co-op and Versus with friends in the same room, no internet needed

MULTIPLAYER • Co-op Arcade: team up with up to 4 players and sink ships together • Everyone sees the same sea in real time, each player has their own color, and you share one payout • Play online over Game Center or nearby over peer-to-peer Wi-Fi • Separate Game Center leaderboards for solo, 2, 3, and 4 players

ARCADE • Survive waves of ships for score, with ship-value payouts • Hazard weather: storms and tornadoes that batter the water and anything on it • Day/night ambience, a full sound overhaul, and a sizzling TNT fuse • Native iPad support, fill-fit and full width

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Place 42 boats, from dinghies and tugboats to galleons, container ships, and capital ships • Paint water, oil, and gunpowder straight onto the world • Fire arrows, missiles, torpedoes, and lasers, or drop TNT, asteroids, and a nuke • Set fires and watch them spread across decks and oil slicks • Pinch to zoom from a whole fleet down to individual planks • Tune gravity, viscosity, wave energy, and weather in Settings

Online play needs a Game Center account. Everything else works offline: no accounts, no ads, no purchases inside the app. Just a sea, some boats, and every reason to scuttle them.
