Weekly Goals: No Stress is a health and fitness app where users pick up to three goals to complete over a full week. It tracks steps, workouts, sleep, water and similar metrics automatically through Apple Health, and custom goals can be logged by hand or from Home Screen widgets. Its distinctive feature is that it has no daily streaks, letting people pace themselves across the week.

Weekly Goals gives you a full week to reach each target. Choose up to three goals, watch your progress grow, and leave room for busy days.
• Track steps, workouts, movement, sleep, water, mindfulness, and more with automatic progress from Apple Health. • Create custom goals for anything else, from reading to practicing a skill, and log progress yourself. • Check your progress on the dashboard or Home Screen widgets. Log custom goals right from a widget. • Look back at past weeks in History and see which goals you reached. • Celebrate completed goals, with optional notifications when you hit a target.
No daily streaks. Just meaningful goals and the freedom to move at your own pace.
