You record how you are doing, and Aequor answers with a reflection of ancient wisdom. Over time it gets to know you: it remembers the people and the things you tell it about, and brings them back at the right moment. All on your iPhone, with no account and no server.

THE JOURNAL IS FREE, FOR GOOD There is no trial, no ceiling and nothing that expires: check-ins are unlimited and every one of them stays readable even if you never buy anything. Recording how you are and taking your data with you are the two things that are never charged for.

Seven states, from Crisis to Euphoric: pick the one that fits right now. Aequor answers each of them in the tone it calls for, and never asks you to explain more than you feel like writing.

A reflection of ancient wisdom from the library: Marcus Aurelius, Seneca and Epictetus, never repeating themselves. Short passages, three lines at most: it is not an endless chat and has no ambition to become one.

Everything you have written stays readable, for good. The quotes that said something to you can be saved, and you find them all in one place.

Your data leaves whenever you want, as JSON or CSV, even if you never buy PRO. The file is yours and goes wherever you decide: we do not hold it hostage.

A daily reminder at the hour you choose, a widget with your streak and your last check-in, and the interface in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian.

HELP WHEN YOU ARE STRUGGLING If you pick the Crisis state, Aequor puts the people to call and the emergency number in front of you. Always, on the free tier too: this is not a feature to sell. There is also a minute of guided breathing, if a phone call is not what you want right then. Aequor is not a therapist and cannot help you in an emergency. These are the things you can do right now.

AEQUOR PRO, ONE PURCHASE PRO is something extra, and it is your choice. It unlocks once, at the price shown on the App Store, and adds five features: - The reflection that knows you: it accounts for how you are now and how you have been in recent days, instead of one line for everyone. On device, where the iPhone supports it. - The memory: it holds on to the people and the events you tell it about and brings them back at the right moment. You can see everything it kept and delete any of it. - Talk to me: when you want to say more, three or four exchanges to put your finger on how you are. - The picture over time: the graph of your states, the whole year at a glance, how much time you spend in each and which way it is going. - The Face ID lock: what you write stays covered until you authenticate. One payment. Nothing renews, nothing expires and no further charge arrives. The purchase is tied to your App Store account and can be restored from the app's settings.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS What you record stays in your iPhone's storage, in the app's private folder, protected by iOS encryption. Aequor has no server, no account and makes no network requests of any kind: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. You can export everything or delete everything whenever you want, from Settings.

IMPORTANT Aequor is not a medical device. It records what you write and offers you a reflection: it does not diagnose, does not assess your mental state and does not replace the advice of a professional. It contains no clinical scores and suggests no medication or dosage.
