Apsides is one shared place for the people you split life with: roommates, students, couples, families, or friends. Split rent and bills, share a phone plan, keep calendars in step, and soon track shared cars and finances too, without chasing anyone through group texts and spreadsheets.

Make an account, start a workspace, and invite the people you share with. Everyone sees the same numbers, and each person sees only the modules they're given.

HOME • Rent and utilities, split evenly, by percentage, or by fixed amounts • A running balance for each person, month by month • Record a payment, or pay by card or bank transfer • A repair board: anyone can file a request and watch it move from requested to done

MOBILE • Share one phone plan across everyone on it • Import the carrier bill, and Apsides works out each person's share, including installments, add-ons and discounts • Cover someone else's line when you're paying for it • See who's paid and who's behind at a glance

CALENDAR • Your own calendars, shared with anyone as view-only or editable • Repeating events and reminders, delivered as notifications • Subscribe to school, work or team calendars by link • Rent days and bill due dates appear on their own

ACADEMIA • Courses by term, with credits and instructors • Handwritten notebooks for lectures, synced across your devices • Turn a page of handwriting into a clean, typed lesson

GARAGE (COMING SOON) • Every shared car in one place, with mileage and service history • Maintenance reminders by date or by miles • Split gas, insurance and repairs between the people who drive it

AND A LITTLE EXTRA • Sign in with Face ID • Leave the sign-in screen idle and it drifts off into a live model of the solar system

PLANS Joining a workspace is always free. To own workspaces and use the AI tools, subscribe from inside the app: • Basic: own 1 workspace with up to 5 members, plus a monthly AI allowance • Plus: own up to 3 workspaces with up to 10 members each, and three times the AI allowance Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial.

Basic and Plus are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID's account settings.
