Duo Know

Duo Know is a quiz show for your pocket – with a studio, an audience, a buzzer and a host who cannot keep quiet. Gary Gala reads every question out loud, comments on your answers and likes to tease you a little. All you have to do is be right.

ONE SHOW, FIFTEEN ROUNDS A show takes a few minutes and shuffles the round types every time: • Classic questions with four answers – the faster, the more points • Ballpark: who gets closer? • Buzz First, Think Later: whoever buzzes first has to answer • Buzz Rush: terms fly by – buzz only for the ones that fit • This or That: left or right, and quickly • Bingo: buzz while the first letter of the answer is lit

AND THEN THE FINALE Eight finale games can turn the whole show around: All In, Risk Ladder, The Studio Wheel, Bit by Bit, Time Bomb, Timeline, Fact or Fib and The Gremlin. If you are ahead, do not celebrate too early.

LIFELINES Four of them, each once per show: pass a question on, 50:50, Second Chance and Hint. Pass a question on and you collect if the other side gets it wrong.

AGAINST THE ROBOT OR AGAINST PEOPLE • Solo against Robo-Randy, the studio robot with a surprising amount of confidence • Online with two to four players: private with an invitation link, or public against whoever shows up • Live, everyone at once – or turn-based, everyone whenever they have time • Ranking, stats, and leaderboards and achievements in Game Center • Notifications and a Live Activity tell you when it is your turn

A STUDIO IN 3D The show plays in a real studio with lights, a camera and confetti. Pick your character – it stands at the podium, thinks, cheers and sulks along with you.

TWO EDITIONS The American show with Gary Gala and Robo-Randy, the German one with Eddie Elstar and Robo-Rainer – each with its own questions and its own voice. Switch the language in the app.
