Multi-day trips are split into daily sections showing start, end, places passed and time spent, and photos are placed back on the route by the time they were taken. iTrailog is an outdoor GPS track recorder. Record every hike, ride and road trip. Open it again later and each day is laid out by time and place — where you set off, where you ended up, where you stopped and what you photographed — and you can follow the same route again.

Relive the whole trip · Multi-day trips are split by local date into Day 1, Day 2… with each day's start, end, places passed and how long you stayed · Tap a day on the map to light up only that day's route · Photos and videos from the trip are placed back on the track by the time they were taken; flip through them along the route with altitude and place

Reliable recording · Keeps recording on the lock screen and in the background; pauses automatically when you stop and resumes when you move, saving battery while still · Recovers if the system closes the app — no lost tracks · Live Activity on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island · On Apple Watch: start, pause, mark waypoints and view the map and track

Maps and navigation · Switch between OpenStreetMap, topographic, cycling and satellite maps; areas you've viewed are cached for use without signal · Follow a recorded or shared track in either direction, with alerts when you go off route, get back on it and arrive, plus optional voice guidance · Waypoints: long-press the map or mark where you are — parking, water, camp — with distance and direction at a glance

Stats · Elevation profile, total ascent and descent, distance, time, average speed and pace for every track · Import and export GPX, KML and KMZ, from Files or shared from other apps

Your routes are yours · No account needed · Tracks, waypoints and photos stay on your phone — no cloud sync, no ads, no third-party analytics SDKs · Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports can be turned off in Map & Settings
