QuickCapture is the mobile companion to OVR365, built for hospital staff who need to report an incident the moment it happens — not after a shift ends at a desk.

Point, capture, done: • Photograph or video the evidence — it's uploaded directly to your hospital's server and never saved to this device or your Photos library • Describe what happened by voice; speech is transcribed on the server, or type it yourself • Tag the exact location by scanning a QR label or picking it from your hospital's register — no relying on indoor GPS • An AI-assisted draft suggests the category, priority, and routing — you review and edit every field before anything is submitted • Track your submitted reports and their status from your phone

Built for hospitals: • Sign in with your hospital OVR credentials; re-authenticate with Face ID so every report is always filed under the right name • Each report gets a tracking number and is automatically routed to the right department under your hospital's approved rules • Available in English and Arabic

QuickCapture requires an active OVR365 subscription and a company code from your hospital administrator.
