ScanDeck Check-In

ScanDeck Check-In is the front desk app for events run on ScanDeck. Pair an iPad or iPhone to your event with the code from your organizer portal, then check attendees in by scanning their QR code or searching by last name or email.

Check-In at the door • Scan an attendee QR code or ticket QR to check them in • Search the attendee list by last name or email • See at a glance who is already checked in

Badge printing • Prints the attendee badge on a Brother QL-820NWB over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth • Uses the badge template your organizer set up for the event • Check-In still works without a printer

Walk-ins and kiosk mode • Register walk-in attendees at the desk • Kiosk mode lets attendees check themselves in on an iPad, with staff help one tap away

Built for busy doors • Keeps working through spotty venue Wi-Fi and syncs when the connection returns • iPad stays in landscape for a stand or kiosk • Camera frames are processed on the device
