À propos

WhatWhereWhen turns your itinerary into a living map. Build a Plan for any trip or event, add the who, what, where, and when — then watch it all play out on an interactive map with a time scrubber that shows exactly what's happening at any moment.

PLAN EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE • Create Plans for trips, weddings, conferences, or any multi-day event • Plans are automatically sorted into Happening Now, Upcoming, and Past • Add a cover photo and color theme to make each Plan your own • Search across every Plan, activity, participant, and note

ACTIVITIES WITH REAL DETAIL • Categorize activities as Accommodation, Dining, Transport, Attraction, Meeting, or Other • Each activity tracks its own time zone, so a flight and a dinner reservation always show the right local time • Attach a location with address, phone, and website — search Apple Maps or drop a pin manually • Add notes with lightweight markdown formatting • Import events directly from your calendars, with automatic category detection and re-sync when the source event changes

A MAP THAT MOVES WITH TIME • Every activity with a location appears as a color-coded pin, connected by a route line in chronological order • Drag the time scrubber to move through your Plan — pins scale and fade to show what's past, current, or upcoming • Filter the map by participant to see just one person's schedule • Jump to "Now" with one tap

PEOPLE & REMINDERS • Add participants from Contacts or enter them manually, with roles like "guide" or "spouse" • Assign a subset of participants to each activity • Set reminders on any activity — from "at start time" up to a day ahead

AI-ASSISTED PLANNING • Find gaps in your schedule and get on-device, AI-suggested activities nearby — restaurants, attractions, and more • All suggestion processing happens on-device using Apple Intelligence; nothing is sent to a server

SHARE AND SYNC • Your Plans sync automatically across all your devices via iCloud • Share any Plan as a read-only link — no subscription needed for recipients to view it • Subscribe to invite collaborators who can add and edit activities and notes in real time

DESIGNED FOR EVERY APPLE DEVICE • A native experience on iPhone, iPad, and Mac • Supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and Reduce Motion

WhatWhereWhen is free to start with one active Plan. Add more Plans with a one-time purchase, or subscribe for unlimited Plans and collaborative sharing.
