BaseOn

BaseOn keeps the dates that matter to foreigners living legally in Poland — and shows the deadlines and limits that follow from them, before they cost you your status.

Inside the Schengen area nobody stamps your passport, so the only record of your trips is the one you keep. BaseOn makes that record easy, checks it, and turns it into clear answers.

ON ONE SCREEN • Schengen 90/180: how many days you have used and how many are left • Your karta pobytu: its expiry and the date to file for a new one • Absence limits for Pobyt stały and Rezydent UE, counted from your trips • The 5 years of uninterrupted stay on the way to Rezydent UE • Your visa: its validity and the days of stay it allows • Your passport: whether it is valid long enough • Where you are today and your last entry to Poland • "What to do next": one clear step, orange when it is getting close, red when it is urgent

TRIPS Record every trip outside Poland: destination, departure and return. BaseOn counts the days abroad and shows the history and the trips you plan. Plans are checked before you go: will they stay within the limits, and is the passport still valid?

DATA THAT MAKES SENSE You cannot be in two places at once. BaseOn refuses dates that contradict each other and asks about the cases that are unusual but possible, so the numbers you rely on are numbers you can trust.

READY FOR THE WNIOSEK BaseOn uses the wording of the official forms for Pobyt czasowy, Pobyt stały and Rezydent UE. "Data for the wniosek" collects every answer in the form's order — passport, purpose of stay, previous stays, current stay, and all trips of the last 5 years — in Polish with your language beside it, so you can copy it straight into MOS. Share it as an A4 PDF.

THE WHOLE FAMILY Each person in your account keeps their own documents, deadlines, trips and limits. A shared trip can be recorded for several people at once.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No name, no passport number, no address — a nickname is all BaseOn needs. Works offline. Sign in with Apple, Google or email to keep your data in your account, so it is not lost with the phone and opens on a new one.

HOW IT COUNTS Where the law leaves room for reading, BaseOn says which reading it takes and warns you early — never after a limit has passed. Poland's rules are checked against the statute. For other countries of residence BaseOn works in a basic mode and says so.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. The Polish terms of the forms — karta pobytu, Pobyt czasowy, Pobyt stały, Rezydent UE, wniosek — stay as they are written in the wniosek.

BASEON PRO The free version shows every warning. Pro adds: • Unlimited trip history (free: up to 10 finished trips) • Trip plans with checks against your limits • The 90/180 calculator, counting like the European Commission's • Data for the wniosek as a PDF • Your Rezydent UE filing date with reminders • Up to 5 people in one account
