M-Trip

M-Trip is the travel companion for the travelers and partner companies of travel agencies that work with the M-Trip platform. Your agency creates your login; you sign in and have your trips with you, wherever you are.

FOR TRAVELERS • Your trips at a glance: traveling now, upcoming and past, with trip codes and dates • The full itinerary of each trip, with a PDF to keep on your phone • Travel documents from your agency: tickets, vouchers, permits • Who looks after your trip: your managing agent with phone, extension and e-mail • Keep your details current: contact, address, passport, emergency contacts, preferences • Add copies of your passport, visa or licences with the camera • Chat with your travel agency right in the app • Message the partner companies on your trip, such as the lodge or outfitter, directly and end-to-end encrypted • Notifications when a trip is added or changes, when documents arrive, and reminders before you travel

FOR PARTNERS (outfitters, lodges, local agencies) • The trips you handle for the agency: traveling now, upcoming, past, and canceled bookings you need to know about • The travelers on each trip with their travel essentials and documents • Add documents to a trip, such as permits • Your clients list and your company details • Chat with the agency and, directly and encrypted, with the travelers on your trips • Notifications for new trips, changes, cancellations and arrivals

YOUR AGENCY'S LOOK After you sign in, the app shows the brand of the agency that looks after you: its logo, colours and contact details.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No sign-up, no ads, no tracking, no analytics • Logins are created only by your travel agency • Direct messages between travelers and partners are encrypted on the phone and can only be read by the two people in the conversation • Face ID and Touch ID lock available

You need a login from your travel agency to use M-Trip. Forgot your password? Your agency sets a new one for you.
