Sip Water Reminder is a health and fitness app that reminds you to drink water with a gentle wrist tap on Apple Watch or iPhone. Reminders follow your logged glasses, pause outside your set hours, and stop once your daily goal is reached. It logs history and streaks, can optionally save glasses to Apple Health, and keeps all data on your devices with no account required.

REMINDERS THAT FOLLOW YOU • The next reminder comes one interval after your last glass, so drinking early pushes it back instead of nagging you minutes later. • "Later" brings a reminder back in 15 minutes; Dismiss skips to the next one. • If you don't answer, Sip taps again up to three times, five minutes apart. • Set your hours, how often, and your daily goal. Sip never buzzes outside your hours, and stops for the day once you hit the goal.
ON YOUR WRIST, ON YOUR PHONE • Reminders come from your iPhone and appear on your Apple Watch while you wear it; take the watch off and they show on your iPhone instead. • Log a glass from the reminder, the watch app, the iPhone app, or a Home Screen widget — everything stays in sync. • Alarm-style reminders (iOS 26): ring your watch like an alarm until you tap Drank.
SEE YOUR HABIT • Today's ring and every glass you've logged. • 7- and 30-day history, your streak, and your daily average. • Watch complications plus Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.
WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Optionally save each glass to Apple Health as dietary water. Undo a glass and it's removed from Health too.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
