It reads documents issued anywhere, and understands the paperwork that actually catches people out: - Passports, including the six-month rule for travelling - National ID cards and residence permits - Visas and work permits, whoever issued them - Driving licences, vehicle inspections and road tax - Car, home and health insurance - Professional registrations and certificates - Warranties, subscriptions, or anything else with a date

TRULY PRIVATE, NOT JUST "SECURE" - Every file you add is encrypted with AES-256 before it touches storage - Your key is kept in the iOS keychain, released only by Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode - or derived from your password, and never stored in the clear - No accounts, no servers of ours, no analytics, no third-party trackers - App Privacy: Data Not Collected - and it is literally true, because there is no SDK in this app that could collect anything - The AI that reads your documents runs on your device. Your documents are never sent anywhere for processing.

VALUMINDER PLUS (optional backup) Upgrade only if you want a safety net off your phone: end-to-end-encrypted iCloud backup of your whole vault, sync across your devices, and restore onto a new one. Your backup is ciphertext that neither Apple nor we can read - so if your phone is lost or stolen, your vault is not. - Backup covers your whole vault: the documents you track for expiry, photos and videos, voice memos, files, notes, passwords and calendar entries - Your decoy vault is never backed up - Restoring a backup needs active Plus (subscription or Lifetime) and your recovery code - Monthly, or Annual with a 7-day free trial - or Lifetime: pay once, no subscription - The price in your local currency is shown before you buy Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings.

WRITE DOWN YOUR RECOVERY CODE ValuMinder shows you a recovery code when you first set up your vault. It is what reopens your documents on a new iPhone, or after a Face ID reset. Nobody can recover it for you - not us, not Apple - so keep it somewhere safe.
