BUILT FOR PEOPLE ORDINARY CHAT APPS LEAVE BEHIND Assisted mode strips the app back to the essentials — no menus to get lost in, no settings to break by accident. Three clear choices — write a message, record your voice, send a photo — and the caregiver turns each one on or off, so someone who never sends voice notes never sees the microphone. It is made for older adults, for people living with low vision, reduced dexterity or memory loss, and for anyone who simply wants messaging without the clutter.

A CARE CIRCLE, NOT JUST A CONTACT LIST An assisted member is looked after by a caregiver — family or a care professional — together in one shared circle.

Caregivers set everything up and keep it running: • Add and manage their contacts, so only trusted people can reach them • Choose between the Easy keyboard and the standard one • Turn text, voice messages, photos and video on or off, one by one • Write the quick replies they see above their keyboard • Chat with them and check in any time

SIMPLE TO SET UP Sign in with a phone number or an email — no password to remember. Invite the person you look after, or ask someone you trust to look after you.

FREE FOR THE PERSON BEING CARED FOR Only caregivers pay. Assisted members — and anyone using Chaluu on their own — are always free.

SUBSCRIPTION Caregiver plans scale with how many people you look after: 1 person, up to 5, or up to 10. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and you can change or cancel any time.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, once the free trial ends. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • Manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase. • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
