Luna is a sleep companion: it sums up your night, explains in plain words what may have shaped it, and gives you one step for tonight.

• Night summary: duration, rhythm and recovery from your sleep in Apple Health (stages with Apple Watch). • Tonight: one clear step for your bedtime — when to go to bed, what to watch for. • Improve: over weeks, Luna compares the nights you checked in on; it draws no conclusions from too few. • Sleep stories: calm stories read aloud, with rain or the sea underneath if you like. • Sounds: rain, forest, stream, fireplace, ocean, night sounds, pink noise; with a timer. • Breathing and Wind Down: short routines to get ready for sleep. • Alarm: the alarm you set in Sleep Mode rings on the lock screen, in silent mode and with a Focus on (iOS 26).

Privacy: Luna has no account and no server; your data stays on this phone and is sent nowhere. No ads, no tracking.

The essentials are free; stories, sounds and Wind Down come with a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly). New subscribers can try Premium free for 7 days; unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the plan's price is charged. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
