MileWise Staff

MileWise Staff is the phone app for the office staff of the companies that run on MileWise: T. Disney Trucking and Grading, TD Transportation Services, Disney Property Holding, VLJ Construction Services and Alico 17050. Sign in with the same Microsoft work account you use on milewise.ai.

- Home: today's figures for your company, and search across invoices, tickets, customers, jobs and vendors. - Dispatch: the truck dispatch board by day and region, line details, and texts to drivers. - Chat: private messaging between staff, with photos and files. - Waiting on me: the reviews and approvals that need you, from ticket and document reviews to period sign-offs, credit approvals and supplier bills. Anything that moves money asks for Face ID again. - More: view-only access to the records you can open on the website, including jobs, quotes, invoices, customers, vendors, settlements, compliance, claims, bills, banking and accounting reports.

Your company's MileWise administrator manages your access, so you see exactly what you can open on the website. The app locks with Face ID or your passcode.

MileWise Staff is only for employees of these companies. There is no sign-up.
