SGJGowan

SGJGowan is an offline maintenance calculator for roller chains and chain drives: chain pitch, width, number of links and roller diameter, elongation, wear, rust and joint wear, sprocket teeth, tooth wear, pitch diameter and clearance, drive ratio, rotational speed, power and centre distance, chain sag, tension, alignment and vibration, as well as lubrication interval, oil quantity, operating time and cost. Moving the sliders instantly updates the chain columns, wear bars, tooth wear gauge, drive line, tension ring and lubrication points. A roller chain reference table is included. The Pro version is unlocked with a one-off payment, no subscription, and everything works fully offline.
