Resort Guest

Resort is an app for guests staying at the hotel. Instead of calling reception or waiting in line, do it all from your phone.

No sign-up needed: reception gives you a login and password, or you scan the QR code on your guest card. Access ends automatically after you check out.

In the app: • Room service — the restaurant menu with ingredients and prices; follow your order live • Bookings — pick a free time for the spa, massage, a table and other services • Events — what's on today and this week, sign-ups and reminders • Chat — message reception and other departments directly • Your room — "Do not disturb" and "Clean my room" in one tap, request a late check-out • Useful info — Wi-Fi, opening hours, rules, emergency numbers and nearby places on the map • SOS — reach reception instantly in an emergency • Notifications — about your orders, bookings and messages • 9 languages and dark mode

The app works only for guests staying at a hotel that uses it.
