SwingGhost - Golf Swing 3D

SwingGhost now coaches your golf swing. Film one swing on your phone and see it in 3D, lined up position by position with tour pros — address, top, impact and finish. Comparing two videos side by side or as a ghost is still free.

How it works • Pick your camera angle (face-on or down the line) and follow the guide: tripod, about 3–4 m away, whole body in frame, 60fps recommended. A range, a simulator bay or a practice swing in a room all work. • Pick the video and we place the impact spot for you. Move it if it's off, then choose your club (driver, wood, iron, wedge). • Analysis usually takes a few minutes. You can close the app and come back to your result.

Your result • Your swing in 3D — scrub through address, takeaway, top, impact and finish; view it as filmed, face-on, from behind or above; slow playback • Compare with tour pros — overlay or side by side, with the pro shown at your own pace • Coaching — what happened in plain words, one or two things to work on at a time • Measurements — head and hip sway, upper-body tilt, hip and head height, finish balance and swing rhythm. Each angle shows what it can see; items an angle can't see are set aside, never guessed • Your real video next to the 3D

What we don't measure Club speed, clubface and path, spin, distance, launch angle and ball speed aren't measured. Only your body movement is analyzed.

Privacy Only the swing clips you choose (2.5 s before and 1.5 s after impact) are sent for analysis — never the whole video. They're used only for analysis and deleted after 30 days. Analysis requires signing in. Two-video comparisons stay on your device and are never uploaded.
