Ghost Purge - Roguelike

A full moon rises, and Jirisan crawls with evil spirits.

While the Mountain God sleeps, a Dokkaebi has picked up its cudgel and stepped into the dark. Drag to move and your attacks fire on their own. Dodge the ghost horde, gather blue energy, and pick a weapon or relic at every level up in a roguelike survival action built around one 20-minute night.

■ Folk weapons that evolve with a cudgel strike Talisman, Jangseung, Drum, Plum Blossom Fan, Dokkaebi Fire, Dried Pollock: each of the 6 base weapons plays its own way. Raise a weapon to Lv.8, pair it with its matching relic, and the Dokkaebi's cudgel knocks it into a new form: Firecracker Talisman, Giant Jangseung, Pungmul Drums, Plum Blossom Storm, Dokkaebi Wildfire, Pollock Whirlwind. Mix all 12 weapons into a different build every run, all drawn from Korean folklore.

■ From Swoon Ghosts to the Night Shadow King Swoon Ghosts, Maiden Ghosts, Grim Reapers and Big Swoon Ghosts swarm harder as the night wears on. A boss arrives every 5 minutes. Beat the Imugi, whose long body coils around the whole screen, then Plum Blossom Granny, who summons poison fog, then the Enraged Imugi. At minute 20 the final boss waits: the Night Shadow King, who changes form three times. Every ghost you meet is recorded in the Ghost Codex.

■ Four Dokkaebi, four maps on Jirisan Begin as the Cudgel Dokkaebi, then unlock the Jangseung Dokkaebi, Pungmul Dokkaebi and Fire Dokkaebi. Each starts with a different weapon and trait. Maps climb from the Jirisan Foothills to a Valley Stream where evil spirits slow down near the water, a Natural Cavern with limited vision, and the Summit for the final showdown. Unlocks never raise your stats. They only widen your choices, so every win still comes from your own skill.

■ One hand, anywhere Portrait mode, one-handed controls. Drag anywhere on the screen to move, and the night freezes while you pick your level-up card. There is no server and no account, so you can finish a full run on the subway or on a flight.

■ Before you begin · Records and unlocks are saved only on your device. · Once per night, you can get back up with half your HP after falling. · There are no in-app purchases. Dokkaebi, weapons and maps open through play alone.
