Karasi for Organizers is your companion at the event door, and before it. Scan guest tickets, see who has arrived and who has not, and create and publish your next event, all from your phone.

Scan tickets and check guests in • Scan a ticket's QR code with the camera, with the flashlight for dim halls. • The result is instant: a valid ticket, already used, for another event, cancelled, or refunded, with a light haptic tap to confirm. • Scanner not cooperating? Type the ticket number and check the guest in by hand. • A list of the latest entries lets you double-check at any moment.

Follow attendance as it happens • Clear counters: checked in, not arrived yet, and the attendance rate. • The full guest list with quick filters: All, Checked in, Not arrived. • Search by name, contact, or ticket number, or scan a ticket to jump straight to its owner. • Tabs for current, upcoming, and past events, with the attendance rate for each.

Create your event from your phone • Add the title, description, category, and audience. • Set the date, time, venue, a directions link, and the expected attendance. • Pick a cover from your photos, or let the app design a colorful one for you. • Add custom questions for your guests, then review everything and publish. • If you run more than one organizer profile, choose which one publishes the event.

Built for the field • A complete right-to-left Arabic interface, with English support. • A dark mode that is easy on the eyes in halls and evenings. • Works on iPhone and iPad.

Your account and privacy • Sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Apple or Google. • Create a new account right in the app. • Edit your name and publisher name at any time, or delete your account permanently from within the app. • The camera is used only to scan ticket QR codes.

Note: the app requires a Karasi account (karasi.om). Tickets are sold and managed through the platform; this app is for managing entry and attendance and for creating events.
