Omni Stocktake

Omni Stocktake is the companion app for companies that keep their fixed-asset register in Omni Asset Onboarding on Odoo. Counters use it every month to confirm that each asset still exists, sits where it should, and is in the recorded condition.

MONTHLY CAMPAIGNS Each month your asset administrator opens a stocktake campaign for your company. The app lists every asset to be counted with its expected location and department, and shows progress as you go.

SCAN THE QR LABEL Point the camera at an asset's QR label and the app opens the right line. No label? Search by code or name.

RECORD THE RESULT WITH EVIDENCE Pick the status (present, not found, moved) and condition, note the location and department you observed, add a remark, and take an evidence photo. GPS coordinates are attached when you submit the count, if you allow it.

WORKS OFFLINE Warehouses, estates and mills rarely have signal. Every count is stored in a queue on the phone and sent automatically when a connection is available. The Queue screen shows the status of every item.

SIGN IN SECURELY Sign in with your work account, then enable Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint for the next time. Biometric checks are performed entirely by the phone's operating system; the app never stores biometric data.

CONNECTS TO YOUR COMPANY'S SYSTEM Enter the company code your administrator gives you and the app connects to your company's own Omni Asset Onboarding system. Not on Omni yet? Contact us at omnisoftsolution.com.

REQUIREMENTS - An Omni Asset Onboarding subscription managed by your employer, and a user account with the Counter role. - iOS 15 or later - Camera access for QR scanning and evidence photos. - Location access (optional) to attach coordinates to a count.
