Stajanka

Stajanka helps you find and pay for parking in Minsk, Belarus. Choose an area on the map, check the zone number against the parking sign, select your vehicle and duration, and get a quote from the parking service.

There is no account creation or sign-in in the app. Your garage and history are stored on your device without cloud synchronization. History contains parking recorded or confirmed on this device. A plate lookup can restore current paid coverage, but does not import a complete external account history. The selected plate and parking details are sent to Parkouka.by to calculate, pay for and verify parking. A bank or payment provider may require authentication during checkout. Stajanka does not request vehicle ownership documents or access fines.

For SMS payment, the app prepares the zone, plate and duration. Copy the draft or open the system message composer; only you can send the SMS. The mobile carrier and payment service receive your sending number and message. Availability, message charges and payment from your mobile balance depend on the carrier and service. Stajanka cannot read the reply SMS; sending a message alone does not confirm payment.

The app is free; real-world parking is charged at the operator’s rates. Stajanka is an independent client, not the official app of Parkouka.by or a parking operator. Parking information and price calculation are supplied by Parkouka.by. Verification requires internet access and runs while the app is open. Always check the zone on the sign, verify the bank’s payment result, and follow parking rules.
