Trevilo helps you record your travels, count days of presence and prepare for your next chapter. For frequent travellers, digital nomads and expats — without an account. English is the default. Choose English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch or Swedish in Settings.

YOUR TRAVEL JOURNAL Record countries, places, arrival, departure and notes. A calendar, year view and offline world map show where you have been. Track stays in US states separately. Validation detects conflicting periods; the travel compass highlights missing days.

SCHENGEN AND TAX DAYS Follow the 90/180-day count with deduplicated border-crossing days. Adjust applicability and valid residence permits in your profile. Configure your own presence thresholds and tax-year start dates. The FEIE tracker counts confirmed full days abroad and compares completed twelve-month windows.

PLAN BEFORE YOU BOOK Simulate trips, check each day and save different scenarios. Actual stays remain separate. For trips spanning a tax-year boundary, the planner shows the affected years individually.

TRAVEL PREPARED Keep track of passport, visa and insurance expiry dates. Use local reminders and a personal departure checklist. Document numbers are not required.

IMPORT AND DOCUMENT Review suggestions from selected calendars, ICS files, photo metadata and optional location tracking. Image receipts are read locally; you check recognised countries and dates before saving. Original PDFs and image receipts stay in your collection. Export PDF travel reports, CSV files and portable JSON backups with receipts.

YOUR WORLD STAYS YOURS No app-operated cloud service, advertising or analytics providers. Optional app lock using Face ID, fingerprint or device passcode. On iPhone and iPad, you can enable a dated counter snapshot in a Home Screen widget. App lock keeps personal counters hidden.

TREVILO PRO (OPTIONAL) Seven additional features: Border view — your Schengen count, large and clear, in eight languages. Schengen horizon — the latest exit day, which days free up when, and when you can re-enter. Receipt coverage — which stays are covered by entry and exit receipts. Plan guard — saved plans are continuously checked against your travel history. Compare plans — two scenarios side by side. Build custom reports — choose period, countries and content freely, as PDF or daily CSV. Share my travel year — a card with countries and days, without details.

Unlock Pro the way you prefer: as a one-time purchase (Pro forever), a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription with a 14-day free trial. Prices are shown in the store; all three unlock the same seven features, and all existing features stay free. Billed through your Apple Account; Trevilo receives no payment data and stores only the local unlock status. Subscriptions renew automatically at the shown price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the free trial converts to the paid yearly plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. ABOUT THE COUNTERS Trevilo is a record-keeping and planning tool. Days of presence alone do not determine tax residency, visa eligibility or entitlement to FEIE. Missing entries are not treated as absence. Check national requirements and official sources. The app does not provide individual legal or tax advice.

Location and import suggestions need your review. Uninstalling the app or clearing device storage may remove local data. Exports are not encrypted; protect your backups. The sample view is clearly labelled and separate from your own trips.
