Buy too little and you sell out by noon. Buy too much and it goes off on the shelf. Cafe Days is about that one decision, made again every morning.

HOW A DAY GOES • Morning: yesterday's numbers, today's weather, what's about to expire. • Order: buy ingredients against cash, shelf life and storage space. • Menu: pick what to sell and what to charge for it. • Open: the day runs in real time, at 1×, at 4× or skipped. • Close: the receipt, the waste, one customer's opinion of you.

WHAT KEEPS IT INTERESTING • Weather, weekdays and seasonal holidays change who walks in. • Events like road works, a broken grinder, a rival across the street or a blogger with opinions. • Coffee, matcha, pastries, hot chocolate, jasmine tea and green tea. • One special order a day, poured by hand, latte art included. • Roast your own beans, expand next door and upstairs, add a terrace. • 21 achievements, a few of them deliberately dumb. • The goal is day 1,000. Most cafes don't make it.

HONEST BY DESIGN • Pay once. No ads, no in-app purchases, no energy, no timers. • Fully offline. No account and no data collection. • Nothing happens while the app is closed. Play three days tonight and seven next month. • Export and import your save file yourself.
