Baron Blank stole every color in Rainbow City. It leaked out of his Siphon as Blots: greedy, googly-eyed paint-creatures that cling to the city and hoard its color. Grab the vacuum, drag the nozzle across them, and watch them panic, pop — and pump their color back into the world.
