KAEK

Buttons are quoted in Greek, as on screen, with the English meaning.

WHAT IS NEW IN 1.1: IN-APP PURCHASE One product: "Συνδρομή KAEK.gr" (kaek_sub_12m), a 12-month subscription that does not renew automatically. It belongs to the user's kaek.gr account, so a subscription bought in the app also works on our website www.kaek.gr, and vice versa.

How to test: 1. Sign up: menu (top left), "Σύνδεση" (Sign in). Enter an email you can read and tap "ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗ ΚΩΔΙΚΟΥ ΜΙΑΣ ΧΡΗΣΗΣ" (Send one-time code). Enter the 6-digit code from the email and tap "ΣΥΝΔΕΣΗ" (Sign in). This creates the account. 2. Menu, "Ο λογαριασμός μου" (My account). In the card "Συνδρομή" (Subscription), tap "Αγορά συνδρομής" (Buy subscription). 3. In the sheet, tap the blue button "Αγορά" (Buy) with the price, and confirm the payment. The grey "Κλείσιμο" (Close) only closes the sheet. 4. The sheet shows "Η συνδρομή σας ενεργοποιήθηκε." (Your subscription is active.) and the card shows the end date under "Ισχύει ώς" (Valid until). 5. Renewal: tap "Ανανέωση" (Renew) on the card, then the blue button "Ανανέωση" with the price. It adds 12 months after the current end date. When the same Apple ID buys again, for example at the renewal, iOS shows its own message, in Greek, with two buttons: "Ακύρωση" (Cancel), which is highlighted, and "Αγορά" (Buy). Please tap "Αγορά". "Ακύρωση" stops the purchase without any message. The attached screen recording (iPhone, this build) shows these steps.

Why an account: the subscription is held by the account on our server, which makes the paid exports and checks the subscription each time. Signing in restores it on any device. Sign-up asks only for an email address.

DEMO ACCOUNT (active subscription, to skip the sign-up) Menu, "Σύνδεση", then "Σύνδεση με κωδικό πρόσβασης" (Sign in with password). Email: devinfo@kaek.gr Password: w3GrNQbgeN9M It shows "Ανανέωση" (Renew) at once, because this account already has an active subscription. Please use one device at a time: a second sign-in signs out the first, by design. Account deletion: "Ο λογαριασμός μου", "Διαγραφή λογαριασμού" (Delete account).

PURPOSE AND AUDIENCE KAEK.gr is a field tool for land surveyors, civil engineers and real estate agents in Greece. On site it shows the cadastral parcel the user stands on, with its KAEK (national cadastral code) and the user's GPS position in EGSA87, the Greek reference system, which general map apps do not show. The app measures distances and areas, guides the user to a point with direction and distance (stake-out), converts coordinates, and saves the user's own points, lines and shapes. The subscription, bought in the app, adds copy and export of a parcel to DXF, KML and PDF, and 100 saved items instead of 20. Saved items are private to their owner.

WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Everything except saving and the subscription features. Parcels exist only in Greece: zoom into any Greek town until they appear, then tap one. Outside Greece EGSA87 shows "—", and WGS84 can be chosen from "ΕΓΣΑ87" in the top bar.

EXTERNAL SERVICES Our server kaek.gr (accounts, saved data, exports). Public map services of the Hellenic Cadastre (parcels, forest maps, orthophotos). Technical Chamber of Greece (urban planning). REGULATED INDUSTRY AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL No financial, medical or government services. The cadastral data is public information of the Hellenic Cadastre, shown live and not stored. The About screen and the Help state that kaek.gr is not an official State service.
