Skin Tracker: Photo Journal

Skin Tracker is a private, local-first photo journal for skin photos, notes, reminders, and side-by-side comparison over time.

Use it to keep photos of spots, texture marks, irritation, cosmetic progress, skincare routines, or any skin area you want to follow. Everything starts on your device, with no account required.

Health note: Skin Tracker is an observation journal. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. If a spot or change worries you, seek professional care.

Why Skin Tracker? Ordinary photo albums bury important skin photos in your camera roll. Basic reminders are not tied to a specific spot. Skin Tracker keeps each spot, photo, note, and check-in in one private timeline so you can review changes calmly and prepare for appointments.

Core features: • Spot timelines: Create a profile for each spot or area and view photos in chronological order. • Body map: Mark where each spot sits on a simple visual body map. • Side-by-side comparison: Compare photos from different dates manually. • Reference-based estimates: Use a known-size object in the photo to estimate size in millimeters. • Notes and details: Record itch, redness, swelling, bleeding, and anything else you want to remember. • Flexible reminders: Set check-in schedules globally or for individual spots. • PDF exports: Create a clean summary of photos, notes, and timelines for appointments.

Privacy and security: • Local-first storage: Photos and notes stay on your device unless you choose to back them up. • Optional encrypted backups: Protect photo backups with device-native backup or password-based encryption. • Separate gallery: Keep skin photos out of your personal camera roll.
