A glass of water. A little movement. A meal on time. A few pages read. TakeYup! turns everyday action into habits you can see. The default Vibrant theme brings fresh cyan colors, clear cards and a little joy to your day.

SNAP YOUR CHECK-IN Point your camera at the real thing. On-device recognition matches it to a habit. You can also check in with movement or a long press. Set up an iOS Shortcut and Back Tap to open the camera faster.

MOVE. FOCUS. FINISH. Prop up your phone and complete your routine; reaching your rep target logs the check-in. A focus timer counts only when it finishes. Workout timers keep running after the alert until you tap Done.

MEALS, MADE EASIER Photograph food, review the names, adjust portions and confirm your entry. Calorie values are estimates you can edit. See intake, baseline burn, workouts and trends together.

SEE YOUR LITTLE WINS Today's progress, streaks, completion rates and achievements make your effort visible. Join a team to keep going together. Membership or the trial also lets you earn stars and collect stickers for your home screen.

PRIVACY & SYNC Personal habits need no account. Photo, movement and food recognition run on your device. Check-in photos never reach our servers, including team check-ins. Optional iCloud sync is off by default and uses your private database. Teams, the plaza and inbox require sign-in; team data, check-in records without photos, team reference images and photos you choose to publish in team posts are stored on our servers.
