Em resumo

Unda is a free iPhone and iPad app that uses a 165 Hz tone to push water out of the speaker in about 60 seconds, then asks whether the sound is clearer. It also includes speaker and microphone tests, a tone generator and a decibel meter. The app stands out for its built-in check: users rate the result and can compare cycles in a saved history.

KNOW THAT IT WORKED • After every cleaning, play a test sound and answer "Sounds clearer" or "Still muffled" • Your answers are saved to a history, so you can see whether a second cycle helped • Tips for stubborn water and when a speaker is beyond cleaning

SPEAKER AND MICROPHONE TESTS • Frequency sweep from 20 Hz to 20 kHz to hear crackle or dropouts • Stereo test: left, right or both channels, with a 440 Hz tone or 55 Hz bass • Earpiece test for the call speaker • Microphone test: record 4 seconds and play them back • Headphones and external output test

TONE GENERATOR • Any frequency from 1 Hz to 25 kHz: swipe, slide or step by 1 or 100 Hz • Sine wave for cleaning and hearing checks, plus square, triangle and saw • Left, right or both channels, volume, auto sweep and an auto-stop timer • Presets: water eject 165 Hz, sub-bass, tuning A4, speech, hearing checks, mosquito and dog whistle frequencies

NOISE METER • A-weighted decibel meter with the dominant frequency, minimum, average and maximum • Live spectrum, history chart and reference levels from a whisper to a jet engine • Calibration offset to match a reference sound level meter • dB Camera: photos stamped with the noise level, date, time and, if you like, your city

ONE TAP FROM ANYWHERE • Siri: "Eject water with Unda" • Lock Screen and Home Screen widget • Weekly care reminder • iPhone and iPad, light and dark mode, 45 languages
