Workylog: Gym & Workout Log

Remember what you lifted last time. Workylog is a simple notebook for strength training, with your exercises, sets, reps and weights in one compact list.

Use it at the gym or at home, even without an internet connection. Your records are stored on your device, and you don't need an account.

• Create exercises with your own names, group them by training day or muscle group, and arrange them in the order you want. • Adjust sets, reps and weights as your training changes. Enter weight ranges and choose total or per-side weights. • Record your effort with optional reps in reserve (RIR): how many more reps you felt you could do. • Browse your history by day or use the calendar to jump to a previous workout. Correct past entries when needed. • Save daily weigh-ins alongside your exercise history. • Export your exercise records, weigh-ins and profile as a JSON file whenever you want a copy.

Choose kilograms or pounds, and a light or dark appearance.
