You open TikTok, Instagram or your favorite game? Nothing changes at first — but after 15 minutes, the app locks automatically. To continue, you have to read a verse from the Quran, its translation, and a short reflection. Then you can keep going... until the next lock, 15 minutes later. Again, and again.

Not a harsh, permanent block — just enough to make you look up, breathe, and reconnect with what matters before continuing.
