Take a few photos, say what needs doing, and get a construction estimate with real material prices, your labor rates and your markup, ready to send as a PDF your client can approve from their phone. When the work is done, turn the estimate into an invoice in one tap.

PHOTOS IN. PRICED ESTIMATE OUT. Add up to 6 photos and describe the job, typed or dictated live. BidBud drafts the scope for you: materials, labor and equipment as separate line items with quantities, so there is no takeoff to type up, and every assumption it made is spelled out. Where the photos leave doubt, it asks a few quick questions. Answer them and the scope updates. Add, edit or remove any line, and put fees and discounts in as fixed amounts or percentages.

REAL PRICES, NOT GUESSES Every material is priced from current retail listings near the job: three to five comparable quotes per item, in your currency, with pack sizes read correctly so a box of tile is never priced as a single piece and a 5-gallon pail never as a quart. Compare the quotes, pick one and lock it in, or type your own price. Labor uses the hourly rates you saved, by the hour or as a flat amount. Markup and tax go on top, the way you set them.

BUILT FOR THE TRADES General contractor, remodeling and renovation, tile and flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall, roofing, landscaping, HVAC, carpentry and framing, masonry and concrete, handyman services, or add your own trade. BidBud tunes the scope to your trade and prints it on your estimates.

FROM BID TO INVOICE Email the estimate with the PDF attached, or share a link by SMS or WhatsApp. Your client opens it, downloads the PDF and approves online with a signature. You get a push notification the moment they open it and again when they approve. Track every job through its stages: Estimate, Sent, Accepted, In progress, Invoiced, Paid. Then create the invoice from the approved estimate, request a deposit, record payments and send reminders. Partially paid, paid and overdue status are worked out for you.

EDIT BY VOICE Say "add ten percent to labor" and the estimate re-totals. Every command is logged.

YOUR BUSINESS ON EVERY DOCUMENT Logo, address, license number, terms and payment instructions print on each estimate and invoice. Choose what the client sees: full line items with quantities and prices, names only, or a one-line summary. Add notes, terms and a valid-until date per estimate.

WORKS WHERE YOU WORK 69 countries and 50 currencies. Your postal code sets the city, region, currency and tax region, and where material prices are looked up. Imperial units in the US, metric everywhere else.
