Kort sagt
Chatendo is a productivity app that combines WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger messages into one inbox, so a team can reply from a phone or computer. It lets staff assign conversations, leave notes, send photos, documents and voice notes, and view each customer's history. One notable feature is an AI assistant that answers questions about the business and passes the rest to a person.
