Folmed helps you organize medications and vitamins for yourself and the people you care for.

PLAN YOUR DAY Add a medication name, dose, days, and times. See the next scheduled dose on Today, then log it as taken, skipped, or snoozed. Review and correct your records when needed.

KEEP CARE RECORDS TOGETHER Create separate profiles for family members. Track medication stock, appointments, and private care notes. Export a weekly PDF summary when you need to share a record.

GET TIMELY REMINDERS Optional local notifications remind you about doses and appointments. The Today screen shows how far ahead dose reminders are scheduled. You can also see the daily plan in a Home Screen widget.

SHARE A READ-ONLY VIEW With iCloud, invite a family member to view one person's active plans and dose records. Doses that have passed their scheduled time without a record are shown as “awaiting a log”; this does not mean the medication was not taken. Shared information also shows when it was last sent and checked. Care notes, appointments, and stock history stay outside family sharing.

Folmed works without a Folmed account. Optional iCloud sync and family sharing require an Apple Account and internet access. The app uses on-device text recognition to help fill in a medication name from a photo; always review it before saving. Folmed does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend a dose. Enter your plan according to your healthcare professional's instructions.
