GiftOccasions

Gift Occasions is the household ledger for every present you give — the dates, the budgets, the ideas, the orders and the thank-you notes, kept in one place so nothing is remembered twice and nothing is bought twice.

THE OCCASION LEDGER Every birthday, wedding, housewarming and end-of-term gift on a single timeline, grouped by month. Tap a date to see the person, the ceiling and what is already committed.

BUDGET WITHOUT GUESSWORK Give each occasion a ceiling and the app keeps the arithmetic: committed, still available and left for the year, updated the moment an order is recorded.

THE GIFT VAULT Save the ideas you keep coming back to — price band, shop, category and a line about why it works. Mark the ones that can be given again.

ORDERS AND ARRIVALS Order number, amount paid, expected arrival and the state it is in. Mark a parcel as in transit, delayed or arrived without leaving the list.

GRATITUDE NOTES One line after the paper comes off: what they said, where the gift ended up. Next year's planning starts from something real instead of a guess.

A YEAR DRAWN, NOT TABULATED Spend by month, who the money goes to, and the stage every plan is sitting in — as charts, not progress bars. Filter the year and the totals follow.

EXPORT AND REMINDERS Send the whole year out as a table you can open in Numbers or Excel. Local reminders a few days before each date, scheduled on this iPhone only.

BUILT FOR THE PHONE IN YOUR HAND No account, no sign-in, no cloud copy of your family's plans. Everything is written to a single file inside the app and travels with your iPhone backup. It works offline — which is usually when you are actually shopping.
