Kort sagt

Koino: Spending Journal is a finance app where users log expenses by typing or dictating plain phrases like "coffee 3.50", with categories assigned automatically. It suits people who want to track spending without forms or spreadsheets. One notable feature is an Apple Pay automation through Shortcuts that adds card payments to the journal as "Purchase detected" for confirmation.

Om appen

Koino is a spending journal you simply talk to. Write "coffee 3.50" or "Mercadona 42 euros" and it becomes a clean, categorized expense — no forms, no spreadsheets.

WRITE IT LIKE A MESSAGE • Plain-language entries in English or Spanish: amount, merchant, category and date understood for you. • Every category shows why it was chosen, and Koino learns from your corrections. • Snap a receipt or dictate it.

APPLE PAY, AUTOMATICALLY • Add a Shortcuts automation for Wallet and every card payment appears in Koino as "Purchase detected", ready to confirm.

SEE WHERE IT GOES • Insights with clear charts by category, merchant and week. • A spending calendar, a monthly budget and weekly targets. • Subscriptions detected from repeated charges, with upcoming renewals and price increases. • Ask in your own words: "How much did I spend on food in September?"

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your data lives on your device and in your private iCloud. No accounts, no bank logins, no ads, no tracking. • Smart features run with Apple Intelligence on your device when available.

EVERYWHERE YOU ARE • Home Screen widgets, Siri and Shortcuts. • Koino for Mac with a full journal table, synced through iCloud. • Multiple currencies with automatic conversion.

Koino includes a 7-day free trial. Then subscribe monthly or yearly to keep adding expenses; your history always stays readable.
