My Entropy

My Entropy is a wellness and self-tracking app that turns your iPhone's camera into a simple pulse sensor. Just place your fingertip on the camera, and My Entropy reads your pulse waveform and calculates Sample Entropy (SampEn), a signal used in heart-rate-variability research to describe the complexity of your heart rhythm.

HOW IT WORKS Open the app, place your finger gently over the rear camera and flash, and hold still for a short measurement. My Entropy detects your pulse from subtle color changes in your fingertip and computes an entropy score for that reading.
