Phloto

Phloto turns photos and videos of one person into a smooth, looping video, with their face held in the same spot in every frame.

Add a dozen photos or a few hundred. Phloto finds the face in each one, lines them up, and puts them in an order where the head turns smoothly from shot to shot. The result plays as a seamless loop.

• Face-locked: every photo is scaled and rotated so the face lands in the same place. • Smart order: photos are arranged so poses flow into each other, with a seamless loop back to the start. • Photos and videos: mix both. Phloto picks the best moments from each video and cuts on matching motion. • Pick the person: in group photos, tap who to follow. Hold faces to select and merge looks of the same person. • Fine-tune by hand: overlay the previous and next frames and nudge any photo into place. Re-optimize learns from your adjustments. • Looks and music: color matching, film and memory looks, a built-in song or your own, cuts on the beat, and a speed ramp that builds to a rush. • "Never forget them": one tap for a soft, hazy tribute with music. • Export: MP4 or GIF, sized for Reels, TikTok, portrait posts, square or landscape. Save straight to Photos. • Share a link: send a view-only page where friends can watch and download the video or GIF.

Private by design: your photos and videos are processed on your iPhone and never uploaded. Only a finished video or GIF you choose to share is uploaded, and you can stop sharing it any time.
