Pieceling Puzzles

Pieceling Puzzles is a jigsaw for Mac and iPad, made around real pictures: paintings, prints, photochroms and posters at gallery resolution, cut six ways from 36 to 2,000 pieces.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX More than 80 pictures at launch, all in the public domain and every one credited on its own plaque. The Masters: Van Gogh, Monet, Vermeer, Hokusai, Hiroshige, Turner, Cézanne, Seurat, Degas, Bruegel, Bonheur, Bierstadt, Caillebotte, Rousseau and Winslow Homer, from The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the National Gallery of Art in Washington and the Art Institute of Chicago. Then Scotland, Landscapes & Nature, Animals & Wildlife, Cities & Landmarks, Vintage, Kids and Illustration.

ARTISTS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS Living artists and photographers have their own row at the top of Pieceling, with new pictures every month and packs of their work to buy. Half of every pack goes to the artist.

HOW IT PLAYS • Six cut styles, from 36 pieces to 2,000 • Pieces snap and join into groups; rotate them, or keep them straight • Trays and surfaces for sorting the sky from the sea • A spotlight and a ghost of the picture for when you're stuck • Keyboard and pointer on Mac; touch on iPad • Your puzzles in progress follow you between Mac and iPad through iCloud • Light and dark • No ads, no account, no tracking, no analytics. We never learn who you are.

WHAT'S FREE, WHAT ISN'T Three of the Masters are free, at every size and every cut. A 7-day free trial opens every built-in collection. Your first payment keeps them for good.
