Kort sagt
Puentes Matamoros shows expected wait times for crossing between Matamoros, Mexico and Brownsville, Texas, across all four bridges in both directions, for general, Ready, SENTRI and pedestrian lanes. It is for people planning a border crossing, and it sets official CBP times beside times measured by people in line. The app is in Spanish for now, and an English version is coming.

Puentes Matamoros tells you how long you'll wait to cross between Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico and Brownsville, Texas, USA, before you leave home.
The app is in Spanish. An English version is on the way.
• All four bridges: Nuevo (Gateway), Viejo (B&M), Tomates (Veterans) and Los Indios. • Both directions: toward the U.S. and toward Mexico. • General lane, Ready Lane, SENTRI and pedestrian. • Official CBP times next to times measured by people in line, so you can tell when the official figure is out of date. • Alerts: get a notification when your bridge drops below the wait you choose. • A live map of how fast each line is moving. • A home-screen widget, and a CarPlay screen. • A private log of your own crossings, kept only on your phone.
Free, no ads and no account. Timing your crossing by GPS is optional, and your coordinates and route are never sent.
Puentes Matamoros is not a government app and is not affiliated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or any authority in Mexico or the United States. Official wait times come from CBP's public API: https://bwt.cbp.gov
