Rolla: Shape Your Wheel

Rolla is a terrain physics puzzle drawn in a sketchbook. The course ahead changes from tarmac to gravel, sand, water and cobbled hills, and the only tool you have is a pencil: draw the wheel that fits the ground, while the car keeps rolling.

Every sketch is analysed the moment you lift your finger. Rolla counts the corners, measures how round the shape is, and tells you how well it fits the surface under the car and the one coming up. A pentagon grips gravel. Six corners bite into cobblestones. A triangle paddles through water. A circle flies on tarmac and fails at everything else. There is no right wheel, only the right wheel for the next fifty metres.
