ScrollFix: Hide Shorts & Reels

Block Reels, Shorts and endless feeds - without deleting your apps. ScrollFix strips the addictive parts out of Instagram and YouTube and leaves the rest alone. The average person loses 2 hours a day to short-form video. That's a month a year. Take it back.

ScrollFix requires a subscription. New subscribers start with a free trial.

You open Instagram to reply to one message. Forty minutes later you're watching a stranger renovate a van. That's not a willpower problem — the feed is built to do that. ScrollFix takes the feed away and gives you the app back.

INSTAGRAM WITH SCROLLFIX Open it, check your DMs, reply, leave. Reels and the Explore tab are gone. Your home feed stops at what your friends actually posted. If someone sends you a Reel, you can watch that one — and only that one. Gone: Reels, Explore, Suggested posts, Stories (optional), Shopping, Ads Still there: DMs, Notifications, Profiles, Posting, your friends' posts

YOUTUBE WITH SCROLLFIX Search for the video you wanted, watch it, done. No Shorts shelf, no autoplay, no "Up next" rabbit hole. Your subscriptions are still one tap away. Gone: Shorts, Home recommendations, Autoplay, Comments (optional), Ads Still there: Search, Subscriptions, Watch Later, Library, Playlists

TUNE IT TO YOU Every block is a switch. Turn off just Reels and keep Stories. Kill autoplay but keep recommendations. Add custom filters for anything else that pulls you in. Nothing is permanent — this isn't a punishment, it's a fix.

NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE ScrollFix doesn't see your accounts, your messages or what you watch. There's no ScrollFix server and no ScrollFix login, no tracking, nothing sold.
