Servilio

Servilio was built in the field, for the field. For plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, pool and pest control companies, and every business that sends people out to do the job.

WHAT YOUR TECHNICIANS GET Their day on the phone, in Greek or English: today's jobs in order, one tap to call the customer, one tap for directions. They clock in and out, add materials from your price list, take before, after, and problem photos (as many as they need), and turn the job straight into an invoice or a PDF quote. If a job needs a serial number, they photograph the label and the app reads it for them.

WHAT YOU GET AS THE OWNER OR MANAGER See your whole day at a glance: who is working on what, right now, live. Drag jobs onto technicians on the visual scheduler. Watch the team's positions on a map with numbered stops and each technician's route, so you always know who is closest to the next call. Get a push notification the moment a job is finished. Turn any job into a professional invoice with VAT, or a quote, with one tap.

RUN THE BUSINESS SIDE TOO Track materials and stock, in the warehouse and in every van, with automatic deductions when a technician uses something on a job. Log fuel and every business expense and see where the money goes. Export a ready-made Excel file for your accountant every quarter, matching the VAT return. Keep your vehicles on schedule with service and insurance reminders and an odometer camera reader.

BUILT FOR CYPRUS AND GREECE Greek and English throughout. VAT built in, including the domestic reverse charge for construction services. Your data is backed up automatically every night.

Servilio grows with you: start alone as a one-person business, or run a full team of technicians and office staff, all from the same app.
