Build apartments, workplaces and favourite places – then watch your high-rise come to life. People commute, wait for the lift, return home and meet at the café. Your planning determines whether their journeys run smoothly or the evening rush gets stuck between floors.

BUILD YOUR TOWER • Grow from your first floors to the 100th floor. • Plan rooms directly in the tower: move and resize their preview before building. Create apartments, offices, cafés, shops, restaurants, hotels and cinemas. • Combine apartment layouts, interiors, building styles, surroundings and clothing. • Connect floors with stairs, escalators, local lifts, express lifts and service lifts.

KEEP EVERYONE MOVING Plan stops, multiple cabins per shaft and sky lobbies for changing lifts. Watch actual journeys and waiting times. Follow hotel guests to their rooms and organise housekeeping before the next arrival. Balance construction costs, running expenses and income: a successful tower starts with people who enjoy being there.

GET TO KNOW THE PEOPLE Faces, brief thought bubbles and small gestures bring daily life into view. Tap residents, guests or workers to see where they are going. Give residents your own names, save favourites and collect their observed everyday moments in the album. Arrivals, greetings and visible departures reveal the effects of your decisions.

MORE ROOM FOR YOUR TOWER Zoom into the cutaway view or out into the surrounding neighbourhood. Information appears when you tap, while the compact building toolbar keeps the tower in view. Pause to plan or speed up to 16×. Game time does not advance in the background.

LISTEN TO THE BUILDING Four radio stations bring jazz and bossa, lo-fi and hip-hop, synth and electro, and funk and soul to your tower. Change station or track, or listen to the building alone: lifts, doors, footsteps, cups and quiet room sounds. Adjust music, ambience and effects separately.

AN EASY WAY IN A short voiced introduction and a skippable tutorial guide you through your first apartment, its residents, lifts and accounts. Replay either whenever you like. Text and intro narration are available in English and German, with language selection in the game.

OPTIONAL: ABOVE THE ROOFTOPS The cosmetic rooftop pack adds a garden, a greenhouse and an observatory. Preview the designs on your own tower before buying. It is a one-off purchase with no subscription; Apple displays the current price.

The pack changes appearance only. It adds no income or capacity, reduces no building costs and provides no game money. Purchases can be restored in the Design Atelier.

GOOD TO KNOW No separate account is required. Saves, settings and your album stay locally on your device; synchronisation between devices is not included. Purchases and restoration require a connection to Apple.
