BUILD A PLACE TO BELONG Open 28 types of business, from flower shops to restaurants. Step inside and develop their interiors through four furnishing levels, from simple to luxurious. Twelve plots per neighbourhood give your ideas room to grow, with more streets to open later.

FOLLOW YOUR CUSTOMERS Watch which shops they visit and where they settle at a table. Match your products, stock, prices and staffing to their wishes. Changing demand and a computer-controlled neighbour keep you thinking.

A STREET FULL OF STORIES Carine welcomes you and offers helpful guidance. Garfield drops by, causes a little mischief and leaves free surprises. Get to know your neighbours, follow generations and record your street’s development in its chronicle.

GROW THROUGH THE SEASONS Spring greenery, summer evenings, autumn colours and snow change the mood of your street. Run a Christmas market, decorate your shops and plan your next project. The in-game bank offers loans repaid with game coins; you decide which investment is worthwhile.
