How are you, really?
Feely is a calm, private mood journal for iPhone. Rate how you feel from 0 to 10, tag what's going on, add a note if you like, and see how your weeks really go.
Your entries stay on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
CHECK IN IN SECONDS • One slider, from 0 (Brutal) to 10 (Flawless) • Tags for what's happening: #goodSleep, #work, #running, #social, or your own, in five colours • An optional note • One tap, then see your 7-day average and 30-day check-in rate
SEE YOUR PATTERNS • Trend chart by day, week or month, with your average and the change from the previous period • A spread band shows how much your mood varied • Tag distribution: what came up most • Check-in rate and streaks with a four-week calendar. Feely leads with your rate, not your streak, so one missed day doesn't feel like failure
A SUMMARY WRITTEN ON YOUR IPHONE On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, Feely writes a short weekly or monthly summary from your scores, tags and notes: a headline, how the period went, and one thing worth noticing. It's written by Apple's on-device model, so your notes are never uploaded. The numbers are calculated by the app; the AI only puts them into words. It describes patterns and never gives advice.
APPLE HEALTH, IF YOU WANT IT Turn on Apple Health sync to save each check-in as a State of Mind entry, next to your sleep and workouts. Only the score and time are written, never tags or notes, and Feely never reads from Health. Off by default.
YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL • CSV export for any date range • JSON backup and restore, to move to a new phone • Included in your normal iCloud device backup • Reset wipes everything
MADE TO FEEL CALM • Warm, natural design in light and dark • Real iOS haptics • Follows your text size and Reduce Motion settings • Start-of-day setting, so late nights count toward the right day • Optional daily reminder, only on days you haven't logged yet • In English, Czech and Finnish
Feely is a personal journal, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything.
REQUIREMENTS iPhone with iOS 15 or later. The AI summary needs iOS 26, an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on, and the app set to English. Apple Health sync needs iOS 18 or later.
