In short

NodLift: Gym Workout Tracker is a free iPhone and Apple Watch app for logging workouts, supersets, and weights without an account. It runs the rest timer on its own and announces the next set through AirPods, so the phone can stay in a pocket. Its standout feature is completing sets by nodding with AirPods, with the volume buttons or Apple Watch as alternatives.

About

NodLift is a free app for iPhone and Apple Watch: complete a set with a nod thanks to your AirPods, the rest timer starts on its own, and the voice tells you when to go again. Workouts, supersets, and weights, no account needed.

Your phone stays in your pocket Start a workout, lock your phone, and put it away. NodLift starts the rest timer, counts down the last seconds, and tells you when it's time for the next set — in your AirPods, not on a screen. No AirPods? Complete sets with the volume buttons, the Action button, or a big button on screen.

Built around rest Rest is not a countdown you keep checking: it's the part of the workout NodLift takes care of. Warm-up sets, supersets, exercise changes, and the voice that announces what's next, all handled for you. Machine taken? Drag the next exercises into a new order right from the workout, without editing your plan.

On your wrist, too NodLift is on Apple Watch as well. Pick a workout or free training, complete the set with the full-screen button or a double tap, and let rest run: your wrist buzzes when it's time to go again. It works with your iPhone far away, and everything comes back to the iPhone when you're done.

Log what you lift Note the load for every exercise and find it again next time, with progression and personal records. The Stats page shows your weeks in a row, sets per muscle group, and new records. Import a plan from a photo, a PDF, or copied text.

Widgets Start a workout from the Home Screen, follow rest on the Lock Screen, and keep your latest loads and weekly stats at a glance.

Private by design Your data stays on your devices. No account, no cloud. Workouts are saved to Health only if you allow it.
